ADEVISTA Injection is an Adenosine Injection I.P. formulation developed for use in acute cardiovascular care and hospital-based clinical settings. Adenosine is a short-acting cardiac agent that temporarily slows conduction through the atrioventricular (AV) node and can interrupt AV nodal re-entry pathways. It is primarily used for the rapid conversion of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) to normal sinus rhythm when clinically appropriate. The very short duration of action of adenosine makes it particularly relevant in situations requiring rapid therapeutic response under appropriate medical supervision.

ADEVISTA Injection is presented as a 2 mL ampoule containing Adenosine I.P. 6 mg and is intended for intravenous administration by qualified healthcare professionals. Its therapeutic application places it within the cardiovascular and critical care segment, where rapid assessment, ECG monitoring and appropriate emergency management are important. Adenosine may be considered in the management of selected supraventricular tachyarrhythmias, including PSVT associated with accessory conduction pathways such as Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, as clinically indicated.

For pharmaceutical distributors, hospital suppliers, institutional procurement teams and healthcare businesses, ADEVISTA Injection forms part of a specialized injectable portfolio designed for hospital and critical-care requirements. The product should be administered only according to the prescribing information and under appropriate medical supervision. Adenosine is not intended to convert atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter or ventricular tachycardia to normal sinus rhythm.
